Finishes, that is!
I had bought some fabric while we were in the Midwest in July, and that fabric was haunting me every time I opened the closet! So, Tuesday, I set the whole day aside to 'get 'er done', and Caleb's lightweight blanket is finished! Just in time for our trip back in two weeks!
Sorry for that blurriness in the close-up... I guess photography is not my game! Had a difficult time getting the fabric all straight... the dots on the backside were printed cock-eyed..about drove me nuts! But, I am pleased with the finished product. Hope it provides Caleb lots of cuddle time!
And, then, I thought I'd quick get the Basketweave Scarf by Ann Budd done....
I tried to find the yarn label, no luck for now. I used 2 skeins of yarn, and although they were of the same dye lot, it is very obvious where the join is. Luckily, when worn, it will be the back of the neck, so it will be fine!
Now I'm hoping to crank out two pairs of little socks before we leave on Christmas Day!
